Somehow this code for Skype is getting into my html code when I create a Civimail message.  How is this happening and how do I turn it off?

I put in this :

And it turns into this:

No - that's what so crazy about it.  I just typed in simple code myself.  Once I saw the Skype code there I erased it and sent out another test mail, and the code returned!  I emailed Skype as well to see if they could tell me something.
