Problem searching by tag in Search Builder

If I do a basic "Find Contacts" search to find Individuals in any group where tag is "foo" I get 3 contacts. If I construct a Search Builder query where record type is Individuals, search field is Tag(s), operator is IN, and tag ID is 1, I get nothing. I've tried various options for the operator, and various values for tag ID. When I look up the tags in the Categories administration screen, tag ID's are not displayed, so I'm guessing what the proper values should be. I also tried just entering "foo" for the value but got an "invalid tag id" error.

I'm hoping to be able to use the Search Builder as a way to AND multiple tags together (the advanced search by tag OR's multiple selections).

Never mind. I figured out how to find the tag id (it was 6 in this case, I'd tried 1-3). All works now. Would be great if the tag admin screen showed tag id's the way the group admin screen shows group id's.
