Mail Merge Tokens

I'm using Drupal6.4 and Civicrm 2.1.beta5. In New Mail creation step 3 I only have action tokens displayed in both menus. How do I get mail-merge tokens?

Do you mean this tokens:
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Mail-merge+Tokens+for+Contact+Data

Looks like this tokens are missing. IMO we should also allow contact tokens.
For tracking purpose: http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-3606
