I little know http://www.limesurvey.org and this permit to send emails with surveys to people,
ok for sure I don't pretend that civicrm will do surveys multipage in so much advanced way,
but could be useful for organizations to send by email simple surveys,
with possibility to to receive some survey-informations,
without the obligatory needing for email receivers to rewrite data that we just know, for example contact it or email
could be possible in some way to do this with civimail-civicrm?

Lime Survey is a great product and does the most flexible open source survey tool that I've seen.  Unfortunately, I have not used it for an actual application.
