tpl files are the same ordifferent from an installaton and another?

I'm creating personalyzed tpl files for interface of contacts view, edit and listings
I just need to know if they are the same for 3 typs of installations: drupal, joola and standalone

Yes. For those screens. There are some CMS specific tpl's at the top level (to include css files etc).
