Hi-

We have STMP limitation of 250 relays a day. I see that CiviMail has the option to automatically schedule emails which is really nice. With a email listing of 1,000 addresses, I could break this up to send out the newsletter across 4 day period. But my question, is there any way to easily break up the 1,000 addresses into 4 groups quickly?

Please consider scheduling the mailing to the 1000 addresses ‘as usual’, but then setting the cronjob to fire once a day and setting Administer CiviCRM → Mailer Settings → Mailer Batch Limit to 250 – this option was created exactly to cater to the cases as above.
