Exporting Individual with Current Employer and Household Name

Hi - finally got a 2.1 to play with. Can I confirm that while an export of Individuals does enable me to export their Current Employer, it does not enable me to export the Household Name.
From my perspective they are a very similar functions and I am hoping this is an oversight that might be fixed, rather than a job for down the road.

the household name is left as an exercise for the user :) A contribution for 2.2 (or later) would be great
