Is there a known issue with the 'Cancel' link in CiviMail in 2.0?

I have a client who reports it didn't work, even while a mailing was still scheduled.

I'm fairly confident that it doesn't work once a mailing is 'Running,' though I can imagine there might be good reason for that. If so, the link should at least be removed?

This never worked for us either.

Now in 3.2.3, the mailings don't appear in any list until they are well and truly sent.

How would I stop them sending once they've started?
