Voting for NTEN sessions related to CiviCRM
September 30, 2008, 08:51:02 am
I saw the post "Possible CiviCRM sessions on BADCamp 2008 – this October! " (http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,4985.0.html). When I voted for sessions, I didn't see these two CiviCRM sessions. My guess it that they are too "vendor" specific. Topics I did see and voted for included:

(1) Events Management: Tales from the Trenches - http://nten.org/node/6369
Description includes: "Two case studies will dive into a tool centric story of how these organizations met their events needs (they are CiviCRM users). One of the cases with be the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research.     Please note. This session is not a CiviCRM commercial"

(2) Selecting and Implementing Open Source Constituent Relationship Management: views from the trenches with CiviCRM, MPower & Sugar - http://nten.org/node/6371

(3) The New Peacebuilding Paradigm: Women in Connection x the Internet = Exponential Change - http://nten.org/node/6383
Description includes:: "Peace X Peace uses Drupal/CiviCRM and Cerkle technology from Roundpoint (http://cerkle.com/) to host an online Global Network of women connecting for peace. ... This unique combination of leading-edge technologies and age-old social principles offers a new paradigm for peacebuilding. "

You can vote through October 3rd. The full list is at http://nten.org/ntc/09sessions
