Fields in a profile not visible to anonymous users

I have a profile visible here:

https://secure.bioneers.org/civicrm/profile/create?gid=10&reset=1

Except the fields are not shown for anon users.  This profile is enabled for standalone form and contains one field set to "Public user pages".  This field is a custom field that is int select with 20 possible options.  It works fine if you're logged in.  Anon users do have the permission to "profile listings and forms" and "create contacts". 

Anything that I'm missing?

make sure u have the permission "access all custom data" enabled for anonymous users also
