Disable default fields

I am importing data from a CSV file as Organization.

What I need is to disable or change some fields from required to optional (such as Organizaion name and so...)

I can't find anything about this :/

required fields are not configurable in current versions of CiviCRM.

Not sure of your use case where an organization does not have an organization name? can u elaborate on this?

I got it!

My fault, I added a custom field as "Organization" on "Contacts" group, while importing Individuals was ok, but while importing Organizations field name is "Organization name"
