publish profiles on other domains

It is possible with civicrm 2.1 using drupal 6.4 to publish profiles from a domain, for example from www.ho-re-ca.biz
on another domain, mantaining the url of the second one domain? for example on www.rnhotels.com ?
if yes, how i could do that? It concern about multisite drupal-civicrm?
