Two Questions: Payment Processors and Contact Searches

1) Is there any reason that CiviCRM doesn't support some of the other core payment gateways like LinkPoint, PSiGate, PayPal Payflow Pro, ITransact, or LandMark?  Is that more of a legal conflict (e.g. GPL licensing) or just something that hasn't been developed?

2) Is there a good way to find and export contacts that DO NOT have a household relationship?  I have clients that need to export two lists for mail merges: Households and Individuals that aren't part of a household.  Any suggestions?

1. the core team is supporting paypal (standard and pro NOT payflow) and google. All other processors will need to be community contributed and supported. They are missing because no contributions have been made for those processors

2. building a custom search is your best bet. Please publish your code on the wiki once built :). Check: http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Custom+Search+Components

1) Got it.. I thought that might be why. Thanks.

2) I'll see what I can do.  I'm definitely going to be running a raw query for this anyway so I'll give the Custom Search doc a once over and see if I can make one of those too.  Thanks again!
