No Save Localization Settings

Hi support,
I have installed a new language, 
I go to Administer CiviCRM -> Global Settings -> Localization -> Change Languages and Save 
But it doesn't save the setting of the language. 
What do I have to do?

Can you give detail steps and replicate this on http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org.

I hope you have downloaded localization files: http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?group_id=177914&use_mirror=nchc&filename=civicrm-2.1.0-l10n.tar.gz&68939720

Hi Kurund Jalmi.
I've followed perfectly the tutorial's instructions
I've compile in correctly the translation file "civicrm.mo" as i've already written, I've done everything possible.

When i go in:
Administer CiviCRM -> Global Settings -> Localization -> Change Languages
I SEE the second language which has been just created, but if i save, the sistem doesn't keep the saved settings :(

Which language is it?

Could it be possible that the translation is lacking, and so you end up with English strings, or does the Default Language drop-down does not keep its changed state?
