Brand new chap here. Wants solutions!
October 06, 2008, 08:56:44 am
I am a volunteer in charge of IT for a charity (www.acdorchester.org is the website I've done recently (Joomla! 1.0.15). I am looking for IT solutions for our 18 PCs/Laptops e.g., networking and software to manage the business (get a good idea what we do from the website). I am in the stage of analysing our needs and looking for software solutions. I came across Citadel software. Is this CRM similar and given the areas of operations on our website would CiviCRM do the same thing or part of the job?

Advice appreciated.

I see that to integrate this into Joomla! I need Joomla! 1.5.x. Citadel is at http://www.citadel.org/doku.php?id=start. Thanks.

citadel and civicrm have two very different sets of functionality. Citadel is more an email and groupware server, their front page gives you a pretty good list of the functionality
