I am trying to create a set of radio opens for someone that is registering for a training to answer ... "please answer what bests fits you .." type of thing. How do I go about doing that once the person during the registration process? We're using version 2.1 stand alone.

1. Create custom data of type "Participant".
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/custom/group?reset=1

2. Create profile and include above custom data.
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/uf/group?reset=1

3. Include this profile for event registration.
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/event/manage?reset=1&action=update&id=3&subPage=Registration
