Authenicated Drupal Fields for Use in Civicrm
June 26, 2007, 08:26:36 pm
Hi, I'm new to the drupal and civicrm communities so I've been reading and hacking but sometimes I hack then read because reading is much more boring. ;D  I have been working with php/mysql for about 10 years as a hobby.  That still doesn't mean I know very much because by the time I get comfortable seems like the technology world has branched into several technologies that I know little about.  I'm excited to be learning about the possibilities of drupal and those of civicrm.  Maybe I will become a contributing member at some point but for now I'll need to soak up some info.

I have an initial question, drupal seems to require only basic information upon user registration - I would like to make user registration in drupal a complete record (or nearly complete) for civicrm import useage.  I'm guessing with the import functions built into civicrm that this has been addressed but I wasn't able to find it.  Thanks for having me.
