Blank page - Unable to install CIVICRM 2.1 Joomla 1.5.7
October 09, 2008, 05:32:36 am
Hy everybody
I'm unable to install CIVICRM 2.1 on a Joomla 1.5.7 site. // I'm under XP Pro, using XamppLite with PHP 5.2.6 and MySQL 5.0.51b-community-nt.
I start the install in my admin directory and then it stops on a blank page.
I'm made everything that was told in the "WIKI - Install 2.1 for Joomla"
I even modified my php.ini file with these parameters :
-register_globals = Off
-max_execution_time = 600     ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
-max_input_time = 200   ; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data
-memory_limit = 128M      ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (16MB)
But I didn't work
I also tried the solution with the .htaccess file but I made the Joomla! site bug.

I don't know what to do and I think I'm not the only one!
Please help!
Thanks

Can you check your apache error logs. Most of us don't use windows, so will will have to check where error logs are created.
