Installation not working

Hi I tried to install civicrm.

I get it under componets > civicrm but when I click on any item of civicrm i get the message

Warning: require_once(CRM/Core/Config.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/importe2/public_html/new/administrator/components/com_civicrm/admin.civicrm.php on line 17

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'CRM/Core/Config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/importe2/public_html/new/administrator/components/com_civicrm/admin.civicrm.php on line 17

any ideas?

Can you make sure all civicrm files are correctly uploaded on your server.

I also have this error and just reuploaded the files but still getting the error.

Any help would be appreciated
