Payjunction Error while doing test contribution

Hi all,

we are getting following error while doing test transaction contribution through payjunction

Payment Processor Error message
: FE:login [error.authentication]

On searching this problem on google we got following details about this error
FE There was a format error with your Trinity Gateway Service (API) request.

we tried this on demo site also, it's giving the same error as above
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&action=preview&id=10

we are using civicrm version 2.0.4 and drupal version is 5.9

can you please provide any details regarding this problem?

Hi.

  I'm getting a similar error. Here's the steps to reproduce it.

1. Create a payment processor as per - http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/PayJunction+Configuration
  - http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/paymentProcessor?action=update&id=11&reset=1

2. Create a contribution page using the payment process created in 1.
    - http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/contribute?reset=1&action=update&id=17

3. Test drive the above contribution page
    - http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&action=preview&id=17

   I used "Other Amount" - 24.82
   Default address, email for user
   - Credit card visa - 4433221111223344

  On clicking Make Contribution on page 2 - i get the following error
  "Your API Authorization is Failed. Payment Processor Error message : FE:login [error.authentication],"

  (attached is the screenshot - sorry it's blurred but the max limit of 64kb attachment i cannot post a better quality screenshot).

Anybody seen this error before. I tried googling around for it but no luck. Any help appreciated.

payjunction was a community contributed processor, so the core team does not really have any idea / test this case

you will need to investigate / read the documentation and code and figure the error. If you do find the fix, can you please contribute it back to the core as an issue along with an attached patch

Hi all,

In Payjunction payment Processor Settings change the site URL as per the following,

Processor Details for Live Payments-https://payjunction.com/quick_link
Processor Details for Test Payments -https://demo.payjunction.com/quick_link

These all links are specified on payjunction site.


This is working for me
can you please check it ..

Documentation of CiviCRM needs to be changed for the following changes:
1. Change the site URL for Setting up a Test Account for payjunction as follows
         https://demo.payjunction.com/quick_link
2. You can then view your test transactions via the PayJunction Test account (if using the PayJunction test API login, password):
   1. Go to http://demo.payjunction.com
   2. Click on "Merchant Login"
   3. Login: payjunctiondemo
   4. Password: demo123
   5. Go to the "History" section
   6. Click on "View Batch"

this has been fixed in v2.1. will be part of 2.1.2
