Administer menu items missing after upgrade to 2.1

Just upgraded to 2.1 and found that under "Administer CiviCRM" all of the options are missing.  The admin categories are displayed, but nothing to select in any of them.  I suspect that my Resource URL setting needs to be updated, but seems that there's a chicken-and-egg problem since I can't access any of the admin items.  Is there another way to change that setting?

Nevermind.  Clearing templates_c directory fixed that problem.
