I think it would be really useful to be able to create inherited custom fields, similar to how memberships can be inherited via relationships.

For example, we might define a custom field for organizations that lists the kind of industries they work with. I would like all employees of these organizations to inherit those values -- so that they can be searchable, exportable, etc. with the individual as well as at the organization level.
