Dojo Quick Search by First Name

Hey all,

Couldn't seem to find this answer on a google search or forum search. I used to know how to do this one but seem to have forgot. I'm running 2.0 and need to change the quick search dojo default to search by first/last name without using the '%' (picky clients). Can anyone direct me to the file I need to modify to do this?
