Ebedded RSS is not updating new events

I have a problem with the RSS feed.

When I add a new event it is not being displayed in my embedded RSS feed.  It does show up in the RSS feed when I click the RSS icon in event manager.

I am feeding the RSS in my Joomla site with News Feeds Component using the following link...

http://chicagoriverchurch.org/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/event/ical&reset=1&page=1&rss=1

I don't think this is a cache issue.  I tried it on another browser and on another computer and had the same issue.   

It worked last night displaying the 3 events which were listed but now is not displaying newly created events.

Are your newly created events "public" and "upcoming" ?

Upcoming event is the one which has PAST its end date.

They are all ok on that. 

Ok an update on the situation... They have all appeared now, any idea why it took so long?

Is there a way to flush the cache? I'm also experiencing this problem, and it's been almost 24 hours and these feeds have not updated.

When I subscribe to the feed using Mail's default RSS reader option, the feed is updated... but as long as it is embedded in a page, or a module or in the newsfeeds component, and being pulled into the site, it's the old data.

Any way I could force the server to flush out the old rss info and update itself?
