confirm delete with popup

In most cases where you delete a record (contact, membership, event, contrib, etc.), you are redirected to a delete confirmation page. It would speed things up if the confirmation was handled through a popup, and after confirmation the previous page reloaded.

Good input (and an excellent article). The 2.3 roadmap includes implementation of "Move to Trash" functionality. This would also facilitate the "instant undo" pattern described in the article - so I've added that to the roadmap as a reminder. We'll see how much of that we can standardize on.
