customize the layout

Is there any easy way to adjust the width of some screens, my site has a width of roughly 850px but when I try to go to some pages in CiviCRM, I get a distorted theme. An example would be if I am adding or editing a contact, the form stretches way into he right of the screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The best option is to use a non-fixed width drupal theme for CiviCRM pages. There a few modules that will theme according to path, so your site could have one theme and the civicrm pages could have another.

interesting, I never seen a theme that would allow you to do this, do you know where I might find one as an example
