Disabling 'source' on add contact form

There are some fields on the New Individual Contact form that I don't think I'll make use of and so would prefer to get rid of. These include source and nickname. Is there any way to disable/hide them? I've looked through the administration options but can't seem to find anything related to this.

you can customize the template and remove the fields you dont like. check
