I finally figured out how to allow a contact to update an organizations information. Can someone help me, I would like to include some custom fields that I set up as well for the organizations. Is this possible?

When customizing Civicrm, I set up dome custom fields for the organizations that I wanted to capture such as "hours of operation" and "Care offered". I also set up to have a contact to be able to update the organization the work for using the relationship functionality. When I allow this contact to update the organization, they are only allow to update standard information such as address and phone numbers and not some of the other custom fields that I added. Maybe there is a way I can incorporate a company profile for the contact to edit. Any help would be appreciated.
