Using CiviEvent on CiviCRM 2.1.1 running on Drupal 6.6

When I select all participants and choose "Send email to participants" I get an error at the top of the next window with the following wording:


    * user warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/Event/Form/Task/Email.hlp" in /var/www/drupal-6.civicrm.org/public/sites/drupal.demo.civicrm.org/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1092.
    * user warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/Event/Form/Task/Email.hlp" in /var/www/drupal-6.civicrm.org/public/sites/drupal.demo.civicrm.org/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1092.
    * user warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/Event/Form/Task/Email.hlp" in /var/www/drupal-6.civicrm.org/public/sites/drupal.demo.civicrm.org/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1092.

Same error repeated three times. Line 1092 is just the trigger_error function, I haven't done a backtrace yet. Email.hlp exists in the templates folder: templates/CRM/Event/Form/Task/ and belongs to the web user in my case www-data.

I have replicated the error on the demo site, as you can see from the file paths.
