How i can use the tabs at the time of addition of an individual?
These include communication preferences, relationships etc as these are shown in tabs after saving the contact.

Communication preferences are included in the "New Individual" form. You can also create an Employee -> Employer relationship and a Household relationships from this screen (as well as assign Tags and add them to Groups). Other than that, you'd have to make some non-trivial code changes.
