I posted a screenshot of the "new" look.  Can I just copy the Drupal module, overwriting the existing one?  Without over-writing the /sites/default/civicrm.settings.php file, of course.

I've also learned, by renaming files, it is NOT using:
/sites/all/modules/civicrm/css/civicrm.css

though it exists and tries to load in the page command:
<style type="text/css">@import url(css/civicrm.css);</style>

Any ideas or experience is appreciated?

Thanks.  I just reinstalled it and it works fine now.
