CiviEvent - editing enrolment & fees
November 20, 2008, 12:41:54 am
Hi there,

I know you're not in beta anymore but I just upgraded & found this problem. It's a bit different on the sandbox to mine which could be to do with your testing.

Try editing this registration http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/event/search?_qf_Search_display=true&qfKey=449b513bf6bc739ae9578fb0356b448f and look @ how the fees display. If I try to edit the enrolment I fail with the message:

Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:

    * Fee Level is a required field.

This is also happening on our site. I can't changed a completed enrolment to a cancelled enrolment. On the sandbox I can't change a pending enrolment to a completed one.

There was a bug in v2.0 to v2.1 upgrade, http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-3796, So since fee amount is absent you might get this message. This fix will be available in next CiviCRM v2.1.x release.
