Contribution Page profile setting not working

My membership contribution page has been up a long time along with other contribution pages.  It now shows a profile in the top and bottom even when I go back and select and save it to be in only one or the other.  Why has this happened and what can I do?  Should I delete the page and recreated it?

I know we have had this problem of adding a second profile and then not being able to shake the other one off. Pretty sure chris could fix it round the back end so we didn't have to rebuild the page. Hopefully someone will come along and suggest what you need to do where. Sorry i can't be more helpful.

If you are mysql savvy, can u check and fix the civicrm_uf_join table for that specific contribution page.
