elegant way to track employment history?
November 24, 2008, 04:24:27 am
Hi,

What's the best way to track employment history of a contact? If a contact works at 'organization A' and then move to 'organization B' or changes to a different sub-organization under Org A (I plan to use 'child of' relationships for sub organizations), is there a way to track past associations? I'm open to rearchitecting the system if there is a better way to do this.

You can use relationships (employer/employee of) and the start/end dates to track when they had a specific relationship etc
