Hi,

I searched across this website but I didn't found the exact answer to my questions.
I manage the subscriptions for a monthly based paper magazine with yearly paid subscriptions.
I'm looking for a tool that with allow me to manage online this job, taking in consideration :

• that some subscriber will renew offline and paying by check and some will renew online with CC or Paypal
• that I must export every month a listing of subscribers who should receive the magazine (for physical shipping)
• that I must export every month a listing of subscribers who should renew their subscriptions 1 month and 2 months before subscription termination
• that some subscriber are sponsored by another person. I should then be able to export a specific listing of these sponsors to inform them that their sponsored person subscription needs to be renewed

So my simple question is: Will I be able to do that with CiviCRM ? If yes, is CiviCRM already able to do that or how much tweaking is necessary to make it work as I need ??

If CiviCRM won't be able to do the job, would you be kind enough to lead me to other solutions, even paid ones ??

Could I work something out with the relationship options for the sponsor feature ?
If I associate a subscriber with someone else with a custom relationship, would I then be able to sort these sponsors/subscribers according to the subscirption date ?? Is it possible to associate more than 1 subscriber to only 1 relationship ?

I want to consider the most I can before going further.
