which directove I have to do to my phph developer to work on it? how much time it will need more or less of work?
it is being planned for some release  ofcivicrm?

We have a cck module already started and being used.
The org level relations work well.
The individual is still hardcoded.

It may be a good starting ground?

This is no longer Active since it seems to be surpassed but what is included in Civi 3.x
