Power up the advanced search:

If I ty to search some contacts without TAGs (for example contacts that import session is gone in timeout or others),
I go here: website/civicrm/contact/search/builder
and i try to search all contacts (in my case Organizations) with TAGs = nothing
but this search give error (Please enter the value.), and i could have many , many tags to filter to find the only others without TAGs

So I suggesto to add the option to show contacts without totally TAGs, GROUPs and the ame also for other fields if necessary..

A step around would be to make a group/tag of everyone. Find all those with any tag, and remove them from the new grouptag - that way you will be able to grab those with none of your original tag.

yes i know, but for sure it need a lo more time then do as mind ty to do but civicrm can't, it could be an issue to add at IssueTracker for civicrm 2.2 ?
anyway I founded another way:
1) create the new TAGS
2) update these contacts reimporting them and using the just created new TAGs
