modify TAGs is not going well.. better repair?

When I try to modify the name of one my TAGs
http://www.xopeka.biz/civicrm/admin/tag?action=update&id=7&reset=1
if i put a letter from uppercase to downcase, he tell me that I'mgiving the same name and I can't do it, instead if I add or delete some letters, he creae another TAGs instead to modify it.
