I was here:
website/civicrm/admin/messageTemplates?action=add&reset=1
and with big evidence, the text editor and the wysiwyg editor can be more large,
the text editor is about half large of wysiwig eidotr and this last is not enough large to show all command buttons of wysiwig editor too.

Thx for feedback. I've already fixed the default size for the WYSIWYG editor boxes (for 2.2) as well as the layout for the Email "compose" forms. I'll adjust the layout on the Message Template form as well to make room for the larger boxes and include that in the same issue (will be part of 2.2).
