A casual user is baffled by the messag: sorry, a non recoverable error has happened. You do not have the necessary rights to call this page.

Clear, there is a link to the login screen, the user will be able to continue.

I am asking, why not directly redirect to the login screen. The program should be clever enough to evaluate this and take the proper  action
