How to correlate civicrm version (2.1.2) with subversion 18418

Needing the latest patches to solve some problem I have the problem that I do not know whether it's safe to update from 18418 branch or not.
I don't know the relationship of branch to released version.

You can use fisheye to see commits to a branch. here is the 2.1 fisheye url: http://fisheye.civicrm.org/browse/CiviCRM/branches/v2.1. To see the changeset for a particular revision: http://fisheye.civicrm.org/changelog/CiviCRM/branches/v2.1?cs=18418

18418 was made in trunk. 2.2 has seen a fair amount of changes to activity, so i'd be a bit careful when backporting 2.2 activity related patches
