Find and replace for British English translation

Hi there,

Have registered with Pootle and made a couple of changes to the British English translation.  Is there a way to translate all instances of organization to organisation?  For some reason, English people can't handle spelling it with a zee (or zed as we like to call it).  And if so, hopefully, that won't translate any instances where organization is in the URL or something similar.

And rightly so. ;)

We’re a bit busy with the CiviCRM 2.2 code freeze this week, but I’ll see what I can do about this sometime next week and reply here. I assume this will be also useful for the Australian English files.
