I want to have one event that has a conference registration AND workshop registrations - those two separate option lists. I am using paypal pro so I can accept two separate items.

How do you configure the event for this?

You should be able to do this with a group of Price Set Fields. The user will wind up w/ a single "charge" and an itemized receipt. Not sure this is what you want ??

I have like as checkboxes:
Conference - $150
Workshop - $450
Lunch Saturday - $15

Registrant Info:
Name
Address
...
Spouse

They can register their spouse and takes their kids. So if they need to register more than 1 for lunch, how would they do that? Do I need to set up the price set a different way?

Set up the Lunch field as type = Text / Numeric Quantity. This allows you to set a price "each" - and you give them "help text" telling them to enter the number of lunches.
