Profile Contacts vs. Individual fields

When creating profile fields, if I select 'Contacts', then my resulting drop down has everything in it. But if I select 'Individual' then I don't get field options for address or anything. Is this a bug or normal behavior in 2.1?

Hello emilyf,
   This is normal behavior fro 2.1.x. I can't find the link with more specific information, but it is on the forum somewhere.

All the common fields for Individual, Household and Organization are been moved to "Contact". So its normal behavior.
