Renewal reminders - using HTML templates and checksums
December 08, 2008, 06:09:35 pm
Hi - anyone able to give me a quick steer as to whether the automatic renewal reminder will use an HTML template (since 'send email' from 'more actions' doesn't I no longer presume on such things - in 2.0 at least)

And if it does, can we/do we need to set up checksums in the HTML template so people get a link to go direct to Rejoin page with their contact info already included (without needing to login) - or does this happen automatically with the 'reminder'

Many thanks.
