Anyone know of Opt out and Unsubscribe Email notifications?

The client wants and email sent to let them know someone opted out or unsubscribed.
They understand they can see it in the report but they also wanted this.
I was going to make a drupal cron job to report daily on this but just wondering if there is any out there already?
