I appreciate the information put in form of a blog, as that means timely delivery. Splitting into non technical and technical part suits me best. I am of the developer variety but for many tech speak ist just gibberish. Like this everybody can concentrate on his field.

Thanks for your opinion. We have different voices on blog splitting, but it seems that most of the arguments agains splitting the blog are basically about avoiding too many communication channels (we have many of them already). We'll be continuing this discussion further.
