Seeking CiviCRM installation and customization in Va

Looking for a professional and/or firm in or around Virginia to install and customize CiviCRM in an established non-profit -- large project which needs to be completed by April, 2009. We are currently redesigning our Web site to be Drupal based, scheduled to launch in Jan 2009.
