Author Topic: print mailing labels -> white screen (Read 1390 times)

Greetings,

We are trying to generate mailing labels for one of our groups. We are able to view or group members, select them all, choose "print mailing labels" and click "go", choose are mailing label size, but then when we click to generate the labels, we just get a white screen. The URL when we see a blank screen is http://ourwebsite.net/civicrm/group/search

Please advise.

Can u check the php error logs and/or drupal watchdog table and see what error is reported. also r u running php4 or php5 and civicrm version information would be helpful

I'm running php5 with CiviCRM 1.7.9379

Here's the error:

Thank you! I upgraded to the latest version and now things work correctly
