I have a need to implement a feature akin to what is mentioned on the Nestable Groups page here: http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/Nestable+groups

What I need is that members of each organization need to have access to their own groups, in order to CRUD contact records, but I want them to have NO access to contacts of other groups.

As far as I understand how the CiviCRM ACL works, I would have to setup a separate role and an ACL for each organization. Is that correct or is it possible to have this permission be logic-based, for example:

"Members of an organization only have access to contacts within groups nested in their organization."

Is this doable?
